Section 120.270 - Records of Testing Entry Control Devices for Very High Radiation Areas(A) Each licensee or registrant shall maintain records of tests made pursuant to 105 CMR 120.229(B)(9) on entry control devices for very high radiation areas. These records must include the date, time, and results of each such test of function.(B) The licensee or registrant shall retain the records required by 105 CMR 120.270(A) for three years after the record is made.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1373, eff. 9/7/2018.
