Section 120.269 - Records of Waste Transfers(A) Each licensee shall maintain records of the disposal of licensed materials made pursuant to 105 CMR 120.252, 105 CMR 120.253, 105 CMR 120.254, 105 CMR 120.255, and 105 CMR 120.800.(B) The licensee shall retain the records required by 105 CMR 120.269(A) until the Agency terminates each pertinent license requiring the record.(C) If any burials of licensed material were made under the provisions of 10 CFR 20.304 prior to its repeal in 1981 the records of such burials shall be maintained by the licensee.
