Section 120.133 - Renewal of Licenses(A) Applications for renewal of specific licenses shall be filed in accordance with 105 CMR 120.124.(B) In any case in which a licensee, not less than 30 days prior to expiration of his existing license, has filed an application in proper form for renewal or for a new license authorizing the same activities, such existing license shall not expire until final action by the Agency.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1373, eff. 9/7/2018.
