Section 97530.17 - Personnel PoliciesEach facility shall have written policies concerning qualifications, responsibilities, and conditions of employment for each type of personnel. Such policies shall include but not be limited to:
(a) Wage scales, hours of work, and all employee benefits.(b) A plan for an orientation for all new staff to the Postsurgical Recovery Care Demonstration Project and the policies and objectives of the facility.(c) Provision for on the job training where necessary.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 97530.17
