Section 97530.15 - Equipment and Supplies(a) Equipment and supplies in each facility shall be of the quality and in the quantity necessary for care of patients as ordered or indicated.(b) In addition, each facility shall have all equipment and supplies necessary for life support, including but not limited to, airway control and ventilation equipment, suction devices, cardiac monitor defibrillator, apparatus to establish central venous pressure monitoring, intravenous fluids and administration devices.(c) Each facility shall develop written procedures, approved by the Office, for the inventory, inspection and testing of all equipment. Such procedures shall also address the inspection and testing of equipment and the frequency thereof.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 97530.15
