Section 3056 - Meals Served to Non-Incarcerated Persons

Guests at an incarcerated person banquet, luncheon or other special event shall be charged for state-purchased food. If funds collected from guests for a meal are not the same as the allowed cost per meal, any excess shall be donated to the Incarcerated Welfare Fund; any deficiency shall be charged to the incarcerated group's trust account.
