Section 6 AAC 90.990 - DefinitionsIn this chapter,
(1) "broadcast media" means radio, television, or cable network, whether the broadcast time is provided at no cost as a public service or is purchased;(2) "governmental body" has the meaning given in AS 44.62.310(h);(3) "meeting" has the meaning given in AS 44.62.310(h);(4) "notice" means a notice under AS 44.62.190 regarding proposed regulations or under AS 44.62.310(e) regarding a public meeting of a governmental body of a state agency;(5) "regulation" has the meaning given in AS 44.62.640;(6) "state agency" has the meaning given in AS 44.62.640.Eff. 8/19/99, Register 151
