If, due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the control of a state agency or governmental body of a state agency, the broadcasting requirements of 6 AAC 90.020 cannot be met regarding a notice of a regulation hearing or public meeting, the notice instead must be broadcasted
(1) a minimum of one time;(2) at least 24 hours before the scheduled public meeting or hearing, unless the unforeseen circumstances require that a shorter time period be used;(3) at any time during the broadcast day that is reasonable calculated to provide the widest possible exposure of the notice under the unforeseen circumstances;(4) by a medium that will most satisfactorily reach interested persons under the unforeseen circumstances;(5) in the area where the public meeting or hearing is to be held.Eff. 8/19/99, Register 151
