On appeal, the agency requests that the Commission affirm its rejection of the amount of an award of attorney's fees by an EEOC Administrative Judge (AJ) following a finding of discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), as amended, 42 U.S.C. � 2000e et seq.
