Opinion

The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 155 Conn.App. 392, 109 A.3d 968 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the trial court's disqualification of juror E.F. from the defendant's jury did not require reversal of the trial court's judgment?”

EVELEIGH, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
