Section 1001.055 - Records of Proceedings(a) The secretary shall keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting.(b) After each meeting: (1) the presiding officer or the presiding officer pro tem shall read and sign the record; and(2) the secretary shall attest the record.Tex.
