Section 448.806d - Inspections and plans of correction(a) Consent to entry and access.--An application for licensure or the issuance and renewal of any license by the department shall constitute consent by the applicant or licensee for a representative of the department to have access to enter the premises for inspection purposes during regular business hours.(b) Violations and plan of correction.--If violations are identified as a result of an inspection, the home care agency or home care registry will be given a report of inspection that clearly outlines the nature of the violation.
