The inventory or catalogue of legal research materials and equipment maintained in county law libraries pursuant to funds from the Law Library Revolving Fund shall be determined by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. The Administrative Director, upon approval of the Chief Justice, may stop any subscription service provided to a county law library.
Requests for purchases shall be made by the Board of Law Library Trustees to the Administrative Director of the Courts. The Administrative Director shall prescribe the form for the request and the nature of the information required in the request. Purchases will not be made unless approved by the Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court prior to the purchase.
