§ 341o. Penalties

(a) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter or of the regulations adopted by virtue thereof, with the exception of §§ 341m and 341n of this title shall incur a misdemeanor. Each day of said violation shall constitute a different and separate crime.

(b) Any person who voluntarily and maliciously violates the provisions of § 341m of this title shall incur a fourth degree felony.
