Every person who operates or is responsible for the operation of any source of air contamination, to whom the regulations of the Department of Health requires that he render some report to said Department, shall include in such reports information on the location, size and height of the source of air contamination, combustible used, periods of duration of the emissions and any other relevant data which may be required.
