§ 3017. Exemption from provisions of Uniform Administrative Procedures Act

The Board of Examiners are hereby exempted from the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”, regarding the terms to draft the regulations necessary for the implementation of this chapter.
