Section 410 ILCS 18/90 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029] Order or Certified Copy; Prima Facie Proof

An order or certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Comptroller and purporting to be signed by the Comptroller , is prima facie proof that:

(a) the signature is the genuine signature of the Comptroller ;

(b) the Comptroller is duly appointed and qualified; and

(c) the hearing officer is qualified to act.
