Section 410 ILCS 18/89 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029] Comptroller; rehearing

Whenever the Comptroller believes that substantial justice has not been done in the revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or restore a license or other discipline of an applicant or licensee, he or she may order a rehearing by the same or other hearing officers.
