Section 71804.5 - [Operative 1/1/2025] Additional interpreters pro tempore hired; providing services to more than one court(a) An intermittent, part-time interpreter may not be an employee of more than one trial court, but may accept appointments to provide services to more than one trial court through cross-assignments.(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2025.Added by Stats 2023 ch 556 (AB 1032),s 9, eff. 1/1/2024.
