Section 11.46.460 - Disregard of a highway obstruction(a) A person commits the offense of disregard of a highway obstruction if, without the right to do so or a reasonable ground to believe the person has the right, the person (1) drives a vehicle through, over, or around an obstruction erected on a highway under authority of AS 19.10.100; or(2) opens an obstruction erected on a highway under authority of AS 19.10.100.(b) Violation of this section is a violation punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.Amended by SLA 2016, ch. 36,sec. 17, eff. 7/1/2016.
