Rule 11.019 - Motions to Continue a Hearing for Good Cause(1) In all Dependency Cases, and any Juvenile Delinquency case proceeding where a child is the victim, the court and counsel shall take appropriate action to ensure such actions are given precedence over all other proceedings.(2) When ruling on any motion or other request for postponement for good cause, the court shall consider any adverse impact it may have on the child involved in the case.Jackson Supp. L.
