Section 296-800-16035 - Document PPE training

You must document in writing that each employee using PPE has received and understood the required training.

This documentation must include:

(1) Name of each employee.

(2) Date(s) of training.

(3) Subject of the training.

Note:

Documentation may be stored on a computer as long as it is available to safety and health personnel from the department of labor and industries.
