Section R657-3b-11 - Transportation of Bird and Mammal Species(1) A person shall obtain a certificate of registration before transporting any bird or mammal species, or bird or mammal species parts, classified as prohibited or controlled, except as otherwise provided in this rule, statute, or rules and orders of the Wildlife Board.(2) A certificate of registration is not required to transport any bird and mammal species classified as noncontrolled.Utah Admin.
