Section R657-3b-10 - Importation of Bird and Mammal Species(1) A person shall obtain a certificate of registration before importing any bird or mammal species, or bird or mammal species parts, classified as prohibited or controlled, except as otherwise provided in this rule, statute or rules and orders of the Wildlife Board.(2) A certificate of registration is not required to import any bird or mammal species classified as noncontrolled.Utah Admin.
