Section 603-029-1276 - Spaghetti Sauce with Meat

"Spaghetti Sauce with Meat" shall contain not less than 6 percent of meat computed on the weight of the fresh meat. Mechanically Separated (Species) may be used in accordance with OAR 603-029-1206.
