Section 17.3 - Validation of continued number plates

Except as otherwise provided herein, number plates which are continued for succeeding registration periods, including dealer and transporter number plates, shall be validated for the original registration period and for succeeding registration periods by a separate validating sticker showing the month and year of expiration for each such registration period. Upon renewal of a registration, validation sticker and number plates for such renewal periods may be affixed during the month preceding the date of expiration of the registration being renewed.
