Section 8:57-6.19 - Providing immunization(a) Each institution may administer the vaccines required by, or referred to within this subchapter for students who are unable to obtain vaccine documentation or obtain the measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, or meningococcal vaccines from their own health providers.(b) Each four-year institution shall offer the meningococcal vaccine through the institution's student health service or by a contractual agreement with a community health care provider.(c) Each two- and four-year institution shall offer the hepatitis B vaccine through the institution's student health service or by a contractual agreement with a community health care provider.N.J.
