Section 8:57-6.18 - Records available for inspection

(a) All institutions shall maintain centralized records of their students' immunization status.

1. Upon 24 hours notice, those records shall be made available for inspection by authorized representatives of the Department or the local board of health in whose jurisdiction the institution of higher education is located.
