Chapter 43, Program Services, was adopted and became effective prior to 9/1/1969.
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 43, Vocational and Technical Education Programs and Standards, was readopted as R.1990 d.451, effective 8/10/1990. See: 22 New Jersey Register 1705(a), 22 New Jersey Register 2694(a). As part of R.1990 d.451, Subchapter 1, Definitions, Subchapter 7, Job Placement Standards, and Subchapter 8, Vocational Education Program and Course Approval, were adopted as new rules, and existing Subchapter 1, Vocational and Technical Education, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6:43-2, Subchapter 2, Vocational Instruction, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6:43-3, Subchapter 3, Vocational Instruction Under Contract, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6:43-4, Subchapter 4, Vocational Education for Disadvantaged or Handicapped Persons, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6:43-5, Vocational Education for Academically or Economically Limited or Handicapped Pupils, and Subchapter 5, Participation of Students in Private Nonprofit Schools, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6:43-6, Participation of Pupils in Private Nonprofit Schools, effective 9/4/1990.
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 22(1994), the expiration date of Chapter 43, Vocational and Technical Education Programs and Standards, was extended from August 10, 1995 to February 10, 1997. See: 26 New Jersey Register 3783(a), 26 New Jersey Register 3942(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 43, Vocational and Technical Education Programs and Standards, was readopted as R.1997 d.57, effective 1/9/1997. See: 28 New Jersey Register 4696(a), 29 New Jersey Register 423(a).
Subchapter 9, Apprentice Training, was recodified from N.J.A.C. 6:46-3 and Subchapter 10, Contracting for Educational Services with Eligible Private Vocational Schools, was recodified from N.J.A.C. 6:46-6by R.1998 d.528, effective 11/2/1998.
