All licensees and applicants for licensure shall notify the board of any notice of complaint, legal action, or asserted claim for medical injury, or disciplinary action received from this or any other jurisdiction or from any health care facility licensed by the State of New Hampshire within 30 days of receipt by the licensee. Licensees shall also notify the board of any misdemeanor or felony criminal convictions within 30 days of the trial court disposition of the case.
