Section Med 403.02 - Change of Address(a) All licensees and applicants for licensure shall notify the board of any change in home or business address, including any change in e-mail address, in writing within 30 days of such change.(b) A licensee whose mail is returned to the board by the post office due to a wrong address shall be issued a letter of concern pursuant to RSA 329:17, VII-a.N.H.
