Section 706.200 - Submission of bills of charges; payment of accounts1. Every fully regulated carrier shall submit a bill of charges for his or her services to a customer within 30 days after the rendition of services.2. A fully regulated carrier shall require all accounts to be paid in full within 45 days after the rendition of services unless another period is approved by the Authority in the carrier's tariff.3. A fully regulated carrier shall not submit more than one bill of charges to a customer for the same services without making a reference to the first bill on any subsequent bill.Nev. Admin.
