Section 706.197 - Statement required in bid to provide service as contract motor carrier

Any bid to provide service as a contract motor carrier must state that the person submitting the bid is authorized by the Authority to provide that service or, if he or she is not so authorized, that the submission of the bid is conditioned upon the granting of that authorization by the Authority.
