Section 445A.418 - Fee for modification of permit1. The fee for a minor modification to a permit described in NAC 445A416 is one-half the amount of the renewal fee for a permit, up to a maximum fee of $5,000.2. The fee for a major modification to a permit described in NAC 445A.417 is equal to the amount of the renewal fee for a permit.3.
