Section 445A.407 - Issuance of statement responding to comments on draft permitIf a final permit is issued, the Department shall issue a statement responding to the comments received on the matter. A copy of the statement must be sent to the applicant and persons submitting comments, and will be made available for inspection by the public. This statement must:
1. Specify which provisions, if any, in the draft of the permit that have been changed in the final permit, and the reasons for the change;2. Briefly describe and respond to all significant comments submitted during the time established for public comment on the draft of the permit; and3. Provide that any person aggrieved by the Department's decision may appeal the decision pursuant to NRS 445A.605.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.407
