Section 445A.406 - Submission of testimony at hearing1. Any person may submit to the Department at a public hearing held by the Department on the application for a permit, an oral or written statement or other information which relates to the draft of the permit.2. The Department may: (a) Set reasonable limits upon the time allowed for oral statements; and(b) Require persons submitting oral statements to submit statements in writing.3. The 30-day period for comment is automatically extended to the close of the hearing on that matter.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.406
