Section 388G.Sec. 29 - NEW

To facilitate broad community input and to provide advice and assistance to the organizational team of any local school precinct and the Board of Trustees, one or more Community Education Advisory Boards may be created by:

1. The governing body of a city in which one or more local school precincts are located; or

2. The Board of County Commissioners for Clark County for any area in the county in which a local school precinct is located and which is not a city.
