The Mississippi State Department of Health rules and regulations do not presume to limit in any way the builder's right to choose any method of design or form of construction that conforms to the codes or standards prescribed or provided for in these rules and regulations. The codes or standards cover certain fundamental features of construction and leave a number of details to the judgment of designers and inspectors.
