Section 10.44.07.04 - Representation of Parties
A. Every party who appears at a formal hearing has the right to appear in proper person or by or with counsel.
B. If the matter goes to a hearing, the respondent shall be represented only by an attorney who has been admitted to the Maryland Bar or specially admitted to practice law under Maryland Rules, Rules Governing Admission to the Bar of Maryland, Rule 14.
C. The administrative prosecutor assigned to a disciplinary matter by the Office of the Attorney General shall prosecute the disciplinary matter in Board proceedings.
D. In all proceedings, the Board shall be represented by and obtain advice from counsel assigned to it by the Office of the Attorney General.
