Section 10.44.07.03 - Confidentiality of Proceedings
A. Except as otherwise provided by law, the proceedings of the Board are confidential and that confidentiality may not be waived by the parties.
B. Office of Administrative Hearings proceedings involving the adjudication of a contested case and the administrative law judge's recommended decision are confidential. The respondent may not waive the confidentiality of the proceedings or of the patients whose medical or dental records or care are reflected in the record of the proceedings.
C. To the extent possible, even after a final order is issued by the Board, the parties shall refrain from revealing legal documents, oral statements, or information that would reveal the identity of any patients referred to in the Board's order.
