Section XV-479 - Records of Testing Entry Control Devices for Very High Radiation AreasA. Each licensee or registrant shall maintain records of tests made pursuant to LAC 33:XV.438.B.9 on entry control devices for very high radiation areas. These records must include the date, time, and results of each such test of function.B. The licensee or registrant shall retain the records required by LAC 33:XV.479.A for three years after the record is made.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § XV-479
