Section XV-477 - Records of Dose to Individual Members of the PublicA. Each licensee or registrant shall maintain records sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the dose limit for individual members of the public. (See LAC 33:XV.421.)B. The licensee or registrant shall retain the records required by LAC 33:XV.477.A until the department terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring the record.La. Admin.
