In every video presentation which by visual and audio transmission solicits savings investments, or contains a reference to interest rate or rates paid on savings investments, the absence of insurance shall be set forth in the visual transmission. The required information shall not be presented in an ambiguous fashion or obscured within the context of other material. The information shall remain in view long enough to be read and interpreted by a person with normal vision.
