Rule 281-41.186 - Assistance under other federal programs

Part B of the Act will not be construed to permit a state to reduce medical and other assistance available, or to alter eligibility, under Titles V and XIX of the Social Security Act with respect to the provision of FAPE to children with disabilities in the state.
