Section 465 IAC 2-2-3 - Governing board

Sec. 3.

Governing Board. Each child-placing agency shall be organized so that the responsibility for the agency's practices, procedures and administrative policies is vested in an advisory board or local governing body composed of not less than three responsible citizens.
