Section 770-X-5-.14 - Company Investigation Of Customer-Denied Long Distance Telephone Calls

Telephone utilities must investigate all customer-denied long distance telephone calls which are not credited to the customer's account. A record of all customer complaints either oral or in writing, shall be maintained by the telephone utility. All expenses regarding the investigation shall be the responsibility of the utility, except where complete investigation by the telephone utility determines that the original bill was correct.
