Section 37-15-301 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2025] Regulation of interexchange companies(a) An interexchange company not authorized to provide intrastate telecommunications service in this state on or before January 1, 1995, shall not provide intrastate interexchange telecommunications services unless it first registers with the commission. An interexchange company authorized by the commission to provide intrastate telecommunications service as of January 1, 1995, is not required to register.
