Section 35-4-802 - Rules and regulations(a) The state department of health shall make all rules and regulations necessary for: (i) Dissemination of the provisions of W.S. 35-4-801 to all hospitals and physicians within the state; and(ii) Implementation of W.S. 35-4-801, as amended.
