Section 22-29-102 - Definitions(a) As used in this act: (i) "Director" or "district director" means a voting member of the governing body of a special district, regardless of what title is used in the principal act;(ii) "Principal act" means the statutes under which a special district listed under W.S. 22-29-103(a) can be formed or is operating;(iii) "Business day" means any day other than Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in this state as designated in W.S. 8-4-101;(iv) "This act" means W.S. 22-29-101 through 22-29-601.Amended by Laws 2015 , ch. 77, § 1, eff. 7/1/2015.
