Section 22-24-308 - Grounds for denying certification of initiative application(a) The secretary of state shall deny final certification of an initiative application if he determines that: (i) The proposed bill to be initiated is not in the required form, including the requirements of W.S. 8-1-105;(ii) The application is not in the required form;(iii) The committee of applicants failed to submit a sufficient number of qualified registered voters as sponsors within thirty (30) days after submitting its final proposed bill and application for certification; or(iv) The proposed bill was not submitted for review and comment in accordance with W.S. 22-24-304.Amended by Laws 2016 , ch. 34, § 1, eff. 7/1/2016.Added by Laws 2015 , ch. 6, § 1, eff. 2/25/2015.
